Shipping policy

UK delivery

Standard tracked delivery to UK addresses is free on every order. Orders usually arrive within 5–8 working days of being placed.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

International delivery

We also ship to many countries outside the UK. The shipping cost for your country is shown at checkout before you pay. International orders take longer than UK orders.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs service. These are set by your local authorities and are paid by the recipient.

Delays and lost parcels

Occasionally carriers have delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or the tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email us at support@swiftsmile.shop and we'll look into it. If a parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order ships.
